最近有些面試的機會,所以有機會問一些問題,如:

What is the size of your team?
What is the position I will be in charged if I were hired?

想請問的是, 很多小公司的資料在網路上不多,各位都是問什麼問題來了解
該公司適不適合你? 如何了解該公司的文化?
或者有什麼技巧從interview之間得到一些information.

另外,若是on site, 除了跟很多人interview外,有沒有可能參觀工作環境, 若有,有什麼
比較需要觀察的.
