朋友在跟我抱怨今年公司不發年終獎金,政府公告基本資調整太少,公司調薪也只有幾百塊,生活快過不下去了。
車子買不起,房子買不起,連想吃好點都很有壓力...
他從頭抱怨到尾....最後丟下一句:「你自己是老闆,而且公司有賺錢,你不會懂這種感受的。」
我問他:「你要不要出來創業試試看?拼一把!有拼有機會。」
他回我:「出來做?講的簡單,你倒是告訴我要創業做什麼?」
我:「花點時間想一下嘛...」
他:「我就是不想把自己搞得那麼累,還會佔掉很多我的休閒時間,而且萬一失敗了,不就更慘?」
我:「創業有一部分也是在賭,有誰可以賭包贏的?」
他:「唉....出來做要本錢,賺錢還要被政府抽一堆稅,台灣的環境太不友善了啦....」
我:「.......」(蓮花指+小碎步飄遠退場ing)

基本工資應該要調到多少才合理?
相信我,基本工資就算調到三萬、五萬、十萬? 不管調到多少,放心,永遠都會有一撮人在抱怨不夠、不合理,也總會有一撮人在失業。
這是人性。
我也好希望我只要去面試完,確定錄取,就會有人幫我準備好勞健保,辦公桌,文具,我只要每天早上出門去上班,就算績效不好也頂多在開會時被狗幹一頓,傍晚一下班之後就可以啥都不管,該放假就放假,三節要有獎金,要有相關福利,每個月有穩定收入,可以讓我輕鬆買車買房還能有餘錢可以存款.....
就算有一天公司生意不好,倒掉也不關我的事,只要再找就好。
說真的,我也很嚮往可以有這種生活。
但親愛的,當您選擇很穩定,很安逸,很安全的勞方受薪生活時,您就必須被資方選擇您的薪資上限。(當然,下限有法律在保障)
因為所有資方的付出和風險並不在您的肩膀上呀!
您可以選擇(淘汰)資方,資方也可以選擇(淘汰)您。
民主社會,誰也擋不了誰。
如果沒本事出來承擔風險和壓力,就別想什麼都想多要!
講到這裡,或許有人會靠北說我是『慣老闆』....
但請搞清楚,拎北也上班領過十幾年死薪水,絕對有資格靠北您:「繼續去當慣員工吧!」
我要繼續上班打拼了,您繼續抱怨您的年終獎金跟基本工資吧。
