香港房屋津貼如何談? - 福利

各位版友好:
小的我準備要登出阻國，前進香港了。
目前是每兩週去一次香港，每次三天，所以一個月下來旅館費用通常在8000-10000港幣。
明年三月正式抵港，所以目前正在研究房屋津貼的問題。
我理想中的房子是500-600呎的兩房，不考慮分租因為我很年紀很大，
不習慣室友。
公司在港島上，本來是瞄準堅尼地城，但是看到房租後有一點覺得破局。
喜歡的房子是有名兩走道跟大廳的公寓，唐樓目前暫時不考慮。
這邊想請問如果是投行,諮詢外商給的房屋津貼一般會是多少，
我不是管理職，未來工作是業務，目前公司是外商，福利跟投行還有諮詢行業靠近，
但是沒有那麼好。:(
我目前的理想津貼價是2萬港幣，不知道這樣算不算是市場價格?
