昨天問我爸知不知道3%吃丙這個新法
話才說一半，他斬釘截鐵的說這絕對不可能通過
就算立法通過，實際執行上絕對不可能照作
他是公營行庫退休的，說以前曾經也要求過各單位
要有甲乙丙各幾%，但評考績時大家表現中規中矩，
是有送紅包的情況，但最多就是沒送的、送的少的給乙，丙打不下去，
最後也是不了了之。
(當然以前是沒有立法，是不是立法就必須強制執行了?)
我是最近正開始準備國考，看到這新聞跑去問他
總之他一再強調這種惡法不可能通過，否則公務體系完全崩潰，
也說不必那麼杞人憂天，上有政策下有對策。
