小弟最近榮幸獲得兩家公司offer，本身是科大工管所畢業，
兩家整體看來都很想去，鴻海每年14個月(分紅?、加班費?)住家裡省錢，
東芝有加班費且工時固定福利優但在竹北，請問大大們對鴻海(CMMSG)
&東芝半導體的見解，包含薪水、加班費、發展性等，任何建議都非常歡迎，謝謝!!
