鴻海過勞問題嚴重?郭台銘:加班費多 大家喜歡加班
高雄市長韓國瑜日前接連在各地舉辦造勢大會,力拼初選聲勢,不過同樣投入國民黨初選
的鴻海董事長郭台民也不遑多讓,近日也不斷與網紅、 Youtuber 合作,吸引年輕人目光
。近日他就與圖文不符共同創辦人張志祺合作專訪影片,影片中主持人問到鴻海加班問題
時,郭台銘回應,因為加班費比較多,大家喜歡加班,並強調鴻海絕無過勞問題。
影片中,張志祺詢問郭台銘,鴻海一直都是以加班聞名,先前陣子也有勞資相關爭議,「
你應該要如何說服年輕世代,讓年輕世代相信你真的可以解決低薪與過勞的問題?」
郭台銘馬上回答,「鴻海做到這麼大,完全按照政府的規定走,我們公司做到 40 幾年,
沒有一次逼迫人家加班,因為我覺得加班是沒有效率的,我們那時候,大家喜歡加班,因
為加班費多,假日加班費是兩倍,有時周日會到三倍,所以大家喜歡加班,現在我們還會
趕人離開,你如果今天無法在限時內把事情做完,你最好離開明天再來做會比較有效率」
並強調,鴻海沒有過勞的問題。 ▲郭台銘表示,大家喜歡加班的原因是因為加班費多。

至於低薪問題,郭台銘說,公司賺了錢,薪水自然會高,台灣中小企業得讓他賺錢,賺了
錢之後才可以增加,解決低薪問題,鴻海的大學生畢業起薪是 4 萬到 4.5 萬,薪水低好
的人進不來,沒有一個資方老闆願意用低薪讓員工進來。
郭台銘提到,因為他找不到好的人,但是如果他付了高薪,公司不賺錢,接不到訂單,導
致公司營運差將人員裁掉,這是良性循環和惡性循環的過程,他強調,「我們應該走良性
循環的過程才對」,因此,他鼓勵年輕人創業,若老闆不分享技術或股票利潤,就從勞方
