【職缺名稱】 Senior Engineers – CVD Equipment

【工作描述】 Responsibilities:

‧ To sustain & improve equipment key performance indices as per

fab & module target in term of Reliability.

Availability & Maintainability:

‧ To plan, adjust & update PM procedures in an effective or

efficient manners.

‧ To actively propose and participate in equipment CIP to

optimize utilization and cost of maintenance.

‧ To acquire basic know how to use SPACE to monitor and analyze

SPC charts; JMP to analyze engineering experiments; Metrology

or measurement instruments in data collection.

‧ To understand equipment FMEA and able to generate CA or PA base

on analysis.

【需求條件】 ‧ Degree in Engineering with minimum 4 years working experience in

12 inch wafer fabrication environment.

‧ Experience with AMAT Producer tool knowledge preferred.
