派員出國請公假遇禮拜六日 - 公職

代同事問。

同事有去國外考察7日的案例，公假7日，古老以前聽別單位的公假請法是

禮拜一到禮拜五請公假，六日算休假，隔周的禮拜一~二再請公假。

但最新聽到的說法是公假一定要連續請，也就是六日也要算公假，

隔周的禮拜一~二如果還在國外變成請休假。


我翻了一下公務人員請假規則，好像沒有特別講明要怎麼。

請問是否有先進有什麼法條釋例說明出國考察一定要連續請公假

或是是有彈性可以請一般上班日?


印象中婚假也是十四日是算平常日，假日不算。

不知派員出國考察公假週末是否有可能算一般休假，因考察聯絡的單位也是禮拜一

至禮拜五才有空交流?!
