During the task
After 7 minutes you have to nominate leaders and reorganise the groups so
observe the groups to identify the most hands on or dominant individuals.
When three or more groups are working, pick out the two most dominant
individuals within each group. Plan to move these people between groups, one
clockwise, the other anticlockwise (see details overleaf). The individuals
who move clockwise will be the leaders of their new groups, those who move
anti-clockwise ordinary group members.
With two groups, just select and move one dominant person.
