小弟在大陸工作滿一年多
看過公司進進出出無數個26員工,無論直接間接人員
感覺26員工的穩定性相當差,無論男女老幼學歷高低,都相當不珍惜自己的工作
離職率高外還有很多數不盡的問題
讓我想到在台灣工作時的外勞(菲律賓&泰國),與他們共事除了語言上的溝通有些問題外
其餘條件素質、責任感等等我覺得比26員工好太多了...
也許13億的人老鼠屎都到我廠工作了吧...
話說最近東莞招工不易啊,大陸好像都沒有失業問題 = =
