3%真的有很多嗎 - 職缺

近來最夯的政治話題
想必是考績法的3%的爭議吧
但以小弟的觀點
這實在是庸人自擾
小弟公務員資歷一年多
當公務員已經是30歲了
早年曾經在幾家大型上市公司服務過數年
這些企業的流動率絕對都是在10%以上的
小弟每年考績都是在前10%的
只是現在的大公司多要到大陸工作
小弟實有難處阿
為何3%會如此惹人爭議
理由不外乎就是"欺生"及"排除異己"
但大家或許可以反過來看看
積極的去面對考績法
為何要等到別人來"欺生"及"排除異己"
而不是我去"欺生"及"排除異己"
剛考上時
我填志願就有與別人不同的考量
別人都是以單位涼爽程度或是離家遠近
又或是機關大小或昇官可能來填志願
我卻是拿著兩份職缺表再填志願
一份高考一份普考
由於我是高考及格
再加上勤打電話打探情報
所以我填的志願的單位~~都是同時有普考缺
那位普考缺的人的遭遇如何大家應該猜到了吧
再者
由於以前在民營公司曾吃過虧
所以我已經養成了上班時間全程錄音以及webcam的好習慣
基本上不要怕拿不到別人把柄或遭人陷害
另外
如果在民營公司呆過的人
過年三節送個茶葉等小禮應該駕輕就熟了吧
現在花一點小錢沒關係
遲早拿的回來的
現在卑躬屈膝是為了往後的昂首闊步
不要養成古代士人硬骨子的陋習阿
最後
我想說的是
新到一個單位上
如果沒能在半年時間成為boss手下大將
或是boss沒拿你當心腹
其實~~~~~~~~~是不是強制3%都無所謂
反正也是邊緣人
