Credit agreement - 國貿工作討論

那天跟客戶回覆我們的立場：

由於是第一次交易的客戶，
我們公司一貫作法都是60% downpayment, t/t 40% before shipment

客戶也接受這個初步條件
但是他後面卻說：

However for future transactions please confrim you accept the full payment
being settled 60 days after the goods arrive in the UK.　Should you require
a deposit of 30% before shipping then we will accept this.


他的意思是說　接受30%訂金 以及 全部尾款收到貨後60天才付嗎？

另外他也說

Please clarify your acceptance of setting up a credit agreement.

意思是　我要把我們公司的付款條件闡述給客戶瞭解？
