各位前輩大家好!!
小妹是114化學碩士，社會新鮮人，
在密集面試(約一個月)多家公司，目前確認(or有可能)的offer如下:
公司 晶電 仙境 戀人
地點 竹科(N5) 竹科(2廠) 竹科
職務 磊晶 擴散製程 前瞻技術研發
薪水 N N N
福利 14個月 16個月 14個月
(+有機台補助費)
工時 8-17 8-17:30 8-18
(需值班(六)+ON CALL) (需值班(六日)+小夜 (無)
14:30-23:30)
都 是 租 屋 (騎機車)
晶電跟仙境都有口頭offer，應該下星期會收到紙本，
但戀人比較意外是...在錄取後就人事凍結 = =....
不過主管說等解凍後會來問意願(但好像也要重新面試..這部份流程有點複雜)
應該算是也有口頭offer，但需要等待(保守估計約1-2個月)
由於三家都是不同領域(LED/晶圓代工/面版)，
面試時透過主管介紹，都是新的開始也很有興趣，
所以讓我猶豫很久，也很煩惱，
原本是考慮戀人(因為是研發新技術，雖然年薪不及前兩個)
但遇到凍結讓我傻眼也不知道值不值得等，
而戀人因為有認識的人在裡面，所以大致了解環境跟工作內容，
晶電跟仙境想麻煩請各位前輩給予指導，謝謝!!
