還在當vendor的時候 常常夾在製程跟設備中間 製程看不起設備 設備覺得製程自以為

我所看到的製程是：
這一run的particle有異常 通知設備停機檢查

這一台機台這個chart有個peak vendor你可不可以來幫我看怎麼修掉

老闆問我purge的cycle太長 vendor你可不可以幫我看看可不可以減少

我們其他fab的製程run的比較穩定 vendor你可不可以幫我compare一下哪裡不一樣

我這個fab要導入新的recipe vendor你可不可以幫我寫一下 因為我這個只有細項 沒有bo
dy

我這個recipe是從美系機台上可以run的 你vendor雖然是日系 可不可以幫我修一個一樣
的recipe出來

怎麼GG的製程跟其他公司的差這麼多==

身為一個工程師，常常要代替上面的老闆凹vendor，讓
對方工程師一臉難色很不好辦，心裡真的很難受。想說總
有一天離開了一定要請當時負責我製程的vendor 吃個飯
跟他道歉XD，vendor 也辛苦了！真的謝謝您們！

另外就是... 在GG裡面待久了 尤其是壓力大部門風氣又不好的地方 很容易會人格扭曲 好幾個當年在學校都是個性很不錯的學長學弟 進去之後整個性格大變 整天幹來幹去 完全變性 直到大家陸續登出 才又狐疑當年為甚麼在裏頭要這樣互相幹對方? 莫名其妙.. 找個和事佬 大家一起約出來 互相道歉 喝杯酒同修 ...
