我想問一下,在美國工作,大多公司或機構會給annual review嗎?
假設有的話,拿到正面評價的話,直接秀給潛在下家,應該滿容易的。
題外話,我有個菲律賓同事,以前在會計事務所的tax department,因為該部門Partner和
其他managing partner 鬧翻, 後來還辭職。
他的直屬上司給的評價不錯,還寫建議加薪留人,但我那同事從HR收到卻是差評,
過不久整個部門被炒魷魚QQ
