We are looking for a candidate who has MIS (or Finance background) to implement future system integration and new system launch in 2018.

Responsibility:
· Be the key person on leading and co-ordinating the systems implementation, working closely across Dentsu Aegis Network regional team, Service Provider, Individual Brand Finance and operations.
· Clearly articulate the needs from Finance and Brand operations, working with the Service Providers and have it implemented as part of our ERP solution.
· Thinking structurally on designing the overall Framework and identifying the Key success factors.
· Also this person would need to delve into the details to help design process flows especially between Media/projects system, to Financial/statutory accounting process, to internal BPC Reporting.
· Have knowledge around Finance/I.T. and be able to “see through” any potential limitations, or better ways on doing things, and able to make proactive suggestions as an alternative.

Qualifications/Key Requirements:
· 5 to 10 years IT working experience
· Strong system roll out experience, especially finance/ HR system related
· Fluent English & Chinese.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm, 5 days a week
Annual salary: 1.3-1.5M
