[職務說明]
Manufacturing Test Engineer will focus on resolving Tesla developed
test equipment issues at suppliers in Taiwan. This role requires frequent
travel to support suppliers on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues from Tesla developed
testing equipment at suppliers arcoss Taiwan
- Provide regular technical issue updates to Tesla's internal teams Lead
post-mortem analyses to identify learnings, root cause, systematic
patterns that need attention, improvement opportunities and relevant
trends
- Work closely with engineering to reproduce bugs and build quick validation
method/system as necessary
- Serve as a subject matter expert and educator to supplier's manufacturing
team
- Sustain, organize, and create technical documentation, procedures,
schematics, work instructions, and parts lists
- Assist with the development and implementation of new test equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline such as electrical
or computer engineering 5 years of experience in technical product
support or field technical support
- Experience with automotive CAN bus diagnostics and related communication
protocols Python and Linux knowledge, RF knowledge is a plus
- Hands-on approach and self-motivated to resolve complex issues with
minimal support
- Ability to communicate in business English
