一些交易條件的中翻英 - 國貿工作討論

我要在proforma invoice上註明一些交易條件
請幫我翻成國貿慣用的術語:(附上我自己試譯部分)
1.付款方式:50%訂金，收到提單副本後付清餘款。

payment: 50% T/T deposit and the balance after receiving the copy of B/L

2.交期:收到訂金30%後，四個星期。

lead time: 4 weeks after receiveing 30% deposit.

3.數量:出貨數量以實際生產數量為準。

quantity: the final quantity submit to the actual quantity of production

這裡的交期應該是lead time，指貨物生產完畢的時間
(delivery time應是指貨物送到對方手上的時間)

另外，我看到的這個付款條件:
Payment condition:By T/T prior after shipment
是指出貨前先電匯貨款嗎?
那應該是 By T/T prior to shipment 才對，不是?
還是另有所指?
