太偏激囉
以宏達電股本 85 億, 2012年 esp 20元, 等於獲利 170億,
根據公司章程不得低於多少員工分紅, 好, 假設 10%好了,
可以發 17 億 給員工, 那我們算3000個 rd 好了,平均分,
一人可以拿到 56萬,
如果是分紅配股, 每人可以拿 56張股票,
56張 , 每張除息後275元,
這樣是多少? 56張 * 27.5萬 = 1540 萬
差很多好不好...如果不要費用化, 原本的 56萬立馬膨脹到
1540萬, 那就算一半現金一半股票, 好歹也有 800萬阿..
這樣我們就不怕大陸來搶人, 加班加到死也開心阿,
況且累個三年就可以退休有什麼不好, 而且外資持股40%,
買單也是一半給外資買, 阿斗仔出錢給我們台灣人爽,
太棒了嘛!
所以費用化根本就是很笨嘛!
