中國大陸三安光電不僅爆出財務疑雲,過去幾年還大舉向台
灣惡性挖角,根據集邦科技旗下深圳分析師在LEDinside 中
最新的研究報告指出,三安光電開出年薪千萬元台幣的優越
條件,向臺灣上游磊晶廠晶電 (2448) 、璨圓 (3061) 、泰
谷 (3399) 、廣鎵 (8199) 等廠的員工挖角,三安光電夾帶
政府優厚的補貼坐穩中國大陸晶片龍頭地位,不但令大陸競
爭對手處於不利地位,未來還可能影響台系廠商的競爭優勢。
LEDinside指出,臺灣LED晶片產能在2010年居全球第一,培
養了全球最大規模的LED 晶片技術人才,但坐擁大量補貼和
一流設備卻面臨人才缺口的三安光電很自然的將目光投向海
峽對岸的臺灣同業。
調查顯示,2010年下半年三安已吸引60多名台灣工程師跳槽
,2011農曆新年後更是爆發出一輪新的離職潮。2010年三安
為員工支付的現金才6000萬人民幣,但到2011年卻多達 1.8
億人民幣。2012年,三安在技術研發和銷售收入都取得豐收
成果,為員工支付的現金高達2.89億人民幣。
保守估計,三安為臺灣技術人才的支出約為1年1億元人民幣
,正是因為這些技術人才的高收入,讓三安員工的平均年薪
從2010年的2萬元人民幣,增長了250%,達到了5萬人民幣。
LEDinside指出,三年前中國的LED上游的晶片企業仍在夾縫
中生存,首先是光效上不去,而產能規模與技術水準和台灣
廠商有一大截差距,因此不僅背光市場無機會切入,就算是
照明市場,也只能供應低階市場。而兩年後的今天,三安的
業績卻睥睨群雄,2012年營收達到33億人民幣。
公開資料顯示,三安光電2009年技術人員才 223個,2010年
增加到 532人,但是熟練的外延工程師仍然很少,根本不足
以應對暴增的設備帶來的人才需求。
三安將閩南人的冒險家氣質發揮到極致,在重金犒賞之下,
三安延攬的技術人才,將技術提升到接近台系廠商。而亮度
水準上,更是積極採用新的提升亮度的技術路徑,一度超越
老東家,在2012年年初光效即突破140lm/W。
至於三安的營業額更是一路攀升,原來與之旗鼓相當的大陸
幾家晶片廠在三安掀起的價格戰中都節節敗退。這對台廠來
說,無異是芒刺在背。三安的過度擴張,不僅大陸同業生存
更為艱難,對台廠的壓力也大為增加。
有沒有只出得起香蕉的慣老闆留不住人材就罵說是對手惡性挖角的八卦?
