中科院兩年後倒閉？ - 薪水

各位前輩好,
中科院最近兩年會退掉一大堆資深人員(老人)
但是二三十年的技術並非一兩年可傳承完畢
所以技術斷層非常嚴重 如果老人退光
新人做不出成品 就沒有經費 所以有資深技術員認為兩年後會倒閉
小弟的單位最近做東西常常失敗 技術斷層很嚴重
想問一下 中科院如果經營不下去 國防部會收回去 但薪水減半
如兵工廠一樣 月薪兩三萬？
或是中科院直接倒閉 放無薪假or給資遣費？
