我在重慶某台灣公司工作17個月,因擔任管理職,故沒有打卡紀錄,在15年8月底離職。
離職後公司發信對於我過去17個月的返鄉假期有疑問,公司老板認為我總計超休40天,故
8月的薪資沒有發給我。
每次的休假都是經由主管的同意(主管於15年7月份已離職)針對超休的情況已經mail說
明給老板,但是老板回應:無法接受我的說明。
我想請問
1.公司在過去的17個月都沒有跟我簽訂勞動合同也沒有辦工作証,我現在是否可以申請仲
裁?需要什麼資料?
