勞保保額上限45,800元
委任第3職等年功俸8級 27,435元
委任第3職等專業加給表(一) 17,830元

合計 45,265元
兩者是差不多的薪水
假設一樣都是以這個金額25歲任職65歲退休,年資40年
勞保月負擔962元,勞保月退可領到45,800*1.55%*40=28,396元
退撫月負擔27,435*2*12%*35%=2,305元,退撫月退可領到27,435*2*年改60%=32,922元
退撫月退每個月比勞保月退多4,526元
但是但是!!!
保勞保的每月少繳1,343元,一年可多存16,116元
因此我們用複利方式,以

依勞動部勞動基金運用局公告之新制勞工退休金全年平均保證收益率前3年(即101
年至103年)之平均數即1.3916%為準。
每年投入16,116元來算,得到:860,696元

ok,我們先記著這個數字,等等再回頭來看
接下來是試算公保及勞退
勞退的部分
年酬率:依前揭勞動部公佈之1.36%計算
年薪資成長率:1%
月提繳率:6%=2,748元 (好像還可以節稅...先不計)

得:勞退每月可以領10,206元
公保養老給付的部分
委任第3職等年功俸8級27,435元,月繳1,056元(27,435*11%*35%)
公保養老給付=公保俸額(本俸)×保險給付月數(最高36個月)
=987,660元
保公保的每月少繳1,692元,一年可多存20,304元
一樣用複利1.36%每年投入20,304元下去算
得到:1,084,361元
想必大家看到這邊已經昏頭了(我也是)
最痛苦的個別計算已經過去,我們把雙方的金額都列出來
勞保月退:28,396元
勞退月退:10,206元
----
合計月領:38,602元
把勞保少繳的錢投資40年後得到的金額:860,696元
退撫月退:32,922元
公保養老給付:987,660元
把公保少繳的錢投資40年後得到的金額:1,084,361元
----
合計:2,072,021元
因此我們可以看到
月領的部分,勞保月退+勞退月退是贏公務員退撫月退的!!!
每月可多領5,680元,每年可多領68,160元
但是把雙方少繳的金額拿去投資後再加上公保的一次養老給付做比較
公務員有了1,211,325元的金錢領先
不考慮這筆金額繼續投資的效益
勞工在退休後第17年後領到的退休金超越公務員
結論:
這次的試算,最大的變因應該就是勞工的年薪資成長率
這也是一般勞工跟現職公務員最大的差別(成長性vs穩定)
以薪資成長率1%來看
這次的年改似乎挺公平的(當然這是用委3來算看起來公平啦...
其次就是自己的投資也會造成很大影響
身為年輕委任公務員
我對台灣的未來相當不安
希望大家都能夠小心謹慎的管理自己的金錢
退休金只能靠自己了
