請問105.04.01到職職代,105.12.1轉暫顧人員至今,請問今年的假是如何計算?
得到人事在106年4月1日前說有三天假必須在4月1日前休完,但近期說公文下來,新制是暫僱到職日開始計算,又因之前用舊制算先讓你們放3天,最終那3天在4月前的假是新制6個月滿後的假,當初請我們休完,所以我們算先休完了,直到106.12.1過後才會有七天。
總結我們還是休了三天,結論就是一例一休的犧牲品,請問這樣休正確嗎?放了未來假不就毫爽?!
後半年度只能靠補休安排假期,也是I服了U
