我目前待在某工程顧問與設備研發的公司
擔任國內業務部門的業務副理,部門裡面有20幾個業務人員
敝公司另外有個國外業務部門,職責是國外行銷企劃業務的工作
--
最近我找了幾個剛畢業的新鮮人來面試
我的面試沒有筆試,只有面談...而考題就在面談當中
有一道考題是這樣的:
做對的事 把事做對 請問哪一個比較重要？並且說明原因和理由？
這道考題...老實說是個陷阱題,並沒有哪一個比較重要
我想聽的是面試者對於這道考題的回答內容和想法..
