做提拉米蘇~ - 大陸工作

由於負責的機型剛量產,一天到晚三更半夜都有工作電話打來很煩悶,
假日就在家做做點心換換心情~
大家也可以試試看喔~做提拉米蘇其實很簡單~
(這個可以PO嗎? XD 不會叫我去美食板吧??)
準備食材: (手指餅乾 & Mascarpione chesse在City Shop或是古北家樂福都有~)
手指餅乾*2盒
糖
黑咖啡
蛋*3
Mascarpone cheese*100g (提拉米蘇專用的cheese)
利口酒 (我們是用Bailey's奶酒代替)
可可粉
製作步驟如下:
1) 先將三個蛋黃跟蛋白分離, 在蛋黃的容器中加入2匙糖,用打蛋機將蛋黃打至淺黃色
2) 將Mascarpone cheese加入打好的蛋黃中拌勻~
3) 將蛋白用打蛋機打至硬性發泡 (接近固態)
4) 將打好的蛋白拌入蛋黃&cheese中
5) 將酒少許&2匙糖放入放涼的黑咖啡中
6) 手指餅乾快速的沾取黑咖啡並排放在提拉米蘇的模具容器中,鋪一層~
7) 均勻倒入已調好的cheese並將表面刮平
8) 重複(6) & (7) 步驟
9) 完成後冰入冰箱4~6小時即可食用~
10) 食用前用篩子均勻灑上可可粉
