公務員的年薪制度與福利 - 薪水

Hi 大家好
想請問關於公務員的薪水問題...
1.公務員的年終上網查是1.5個月,但我同事說..他家裡的長輩任職於普考..7等
說除了1.5個月 還有全勤,績效獎金等等 2012年1月年終領了十幾萬
所以 公務員的年終 除了規定的1.5個月 還有其他的獎金嗎??
2.以高考為例子...起薪是42k ,這樣算起來年薪才60...
ptt鄉民說約13年可以做到七等底...年薪有90~100
所以從第一年的年薪60, 到第13年的年薪100..
中間差了40萬..以等差級數的觀念來算 就是平均一年加年薪3萬...
這樣的觀念是對嗎??
