公司派你去受訓後需綁約 有輔合勞基法嗎 - 離職

小弟任職於一間104上寫資本額將近十億元的公司
近來公司有同事 因公司任務需要被派去國外受訓
但是近來公司有介於員工流動率高 提出一個辦法
受訓or出差 超過一萬綁約一年 兩萬兩年 三萬三年
毀約要償還受訓or出差費用 有時後被賦予的訓練出差
並非自己決定的或有直接需求 若員工已有離職的念頭
正在心中醞釀 但是還在處於觀望或比較的階段
隨便被派一個歐美受訓光機票 就輕鬆超過三萬
已經有點想走了還被綁約 就算真的要走還要吐錢出來
請問這樣的辦法有違背勞基法相關條文或辦法
請各位大大幫忙解答 感激不盡 謝謝
