公股銀行區域選擇(南/北) - 金融業討論

各位好，
小弟最近即將畢業，且已下定決心，準備公股銀行的考試。
小弟本身是桃園人，但在高雄唸大學和碩士班，很喜愛這裡環境，打算在高雄定居。
聽從學姊建議，打算從八大公股中的050開始考。
猶豫的點是，聽說南部公股050的分行，工作氣氛不佳，而且奧客多，升遷機會也少，沒什麼發展性.....。
因此也有朋友建議回家鄉桃園，甚至是台北總行，聽說會比較輕鬆，奧客少，升遷發展機會也較多。
想請問真的是這樣嗎？
