當了MSL將近一年的時間,這幾天因為受不了公司內部的迂腐提了離職,也依規定請的病假準備去復健。主管也很乾脆的在兩個小時之內就批准了我的辭呈。
沒想到剛剛接到主管的信說交接的事情還沒有確定之前他不能准我的病假。
「As to your application of sick leaves on both 10/5 and 10/6, please understand that I am not able to proceed approval until I get a clear idea of handover. 」
只能說台灣的主管無論外商或台商都沒有極限……
我只好拿這封信當證據去跟勞動部檢舉了。
