請問各位人資大大
今天在從朋友那邊聽到個關於「切齊給假制」的制度
覺得有點怪
公司滿一年的第一年給假方式是
12個月-到職月份/12 再乘以7
但休假期限為到職日的隔月份至年底
舉例:
104年4/3到職
105年4/3滿一年,第一年給假為4天
休假日時段為 105的5/1 ~12/31
而106年1/1日開始至12/31日則有7天假
是否比勞基法的方式還嚴苛呢?
還是這其實很正常?
