請問有關勞保一般傷病給付，住院第4天起可以請領領勞保傷病給付50%。
如果小明月薪40,000，住院14天。
這14天公司應該發給薪水。9333.3元（40000/30*14/2)
傷病給付
45800/30*（14-3 ）*50%=8396.6
減
40000/30*（14-3）＊50%=7333.3
等於
1063.26
以上這樣算法是否正確，另外1063.26是否列入所得稅裡面，謝謝
