因天災、事變或突發事件,雇主認有繼續工作之必要時,得停止第三十六
條至第三十八條所定勞工之假期。但停止假期之工資,應加倍發給,並應
於事後補假休息。
前項停止勞工假期,應於事後二十四小時內,詳述理由,報請當地主管機
關核備。
勞基法40條 應該不適用於過年初一到初三期間上班對嗎?
因為過年要上班不算是突發事件(每年都有 可預期嘛)
初一到初三如果需要勞工上班要多發一倍薪資這我知道
除了多發一倍薪資之外 還要多補勞工們三天假嗎?
應該沒這麼好康吧
