南部每次應徵者都一堆人 - 公職

因為最近與親友閒聊，他目前服務於公職，為一般行政職系。因為北部開銷比較大，房屋
也貴的嚇人，非他所能負擔，故他有意要轉往台南市，回他老家發展。
但是他面試過幾次台南市學校的職缺(小學到大學)，每次應徵者往往都超過20人，最多接
近40位，這比起北部公務體系來說，真的是競爭者呈現倍數，當然也屢屢中箭落馬！請問
為何台南市的職缺會如此競爭？有人知道原因嗎？
