這家公司很屌發獎金部份常常不準時，但可能不能怪他
可能有關計算的問題，但是有個地方非常不齒，就是
如果即將發獎金前後他會要單位主管加速流程，想
辦法逼退你或是用一些辦法讓你獎金領不到，雖然
省錢沒有不對但是，在位者就是覺得未免太斤斤計較，
最近還聽到一個用半拐的方式把你處理到別的單位
，要不然就是有主管老是先斬後奏丟一些賽過來，
回歸正題如果他用逼退方式逼你在某時間前離職，
我沒出包情況他能直接開除我嗎？我沒打算幹了我
可以知無不盡，最近公司缺人大家可以不用考慮
季獎金即將改成最高一個月，而且人跑很多。
