各位百萬大大、千萬溫拿們，
想請問大家去面試的時候都會"完整""詳實"填寫公司拿給你的個人資料表嗎
我指的是跟該應徵職務沒有特別直接相關的資料
我舉一些例子，大家討論看看，這些東西可填或可不填？
1. 家庭成員，包含姓名、年齡、電話、職業、居住地
2. 血型、視力、是否曾有開刀/重大疾病/治療或用藥
3. 民刑事紀錄，是否曾酒駕/犯罪前科/服刑紀錄
4. 前一份工作的薪資(月薪、年薪、薪資明細)、給薪日、前任單位主管/聯絡方式
PS> 我指的是 應徵面試前所要填的~
只是去聊個天說不定還會被發卡的情況就要吐這麼多個資
感覺我方小虧 XD
那我是否也可以詢問秘書三圍、主管宗教信仰？
究竟個資法或就業服務法有沒有明確的標準呢？
