上面這串討論串讓人有感而發
台灣的公司常常出現很神奇的現象
一個職缺如果有兩個人選,低薪的往往是優先
但是低薪往往也是低能力的衍生物
可是台灣的公司卻很能接受員工能力不足造成的損失
有時候放槍造成幾百萬損失也只是當年績效比較差跟沒有加薪
除非直接鬧到大老闆那邊去,不然很少會出現直接叫你滾蛋的
台灣的企業不能接受員工一年薪水多領十萬卻能接受員工造成幾百萬的損失
這個邏輯我一直想不通
