讓我分享一下我的經驗,先說結論,這幾屆美國總統,都有在提倡把製造業回歸美國,
我完全不看好,簡短結論就是美國人太懶了。
首先美國基本的製造業,基礎員工都是以時薪制,大致上只有師級以上或者有管理職,
才是月薪制。時薪制的員工普遍的特性就是對職位的忠誠度不高。老子今天我被上級罵
,我太不爽,我就離職;公司要求太多、賦予的任務太重,我就離職。只要不合他意,
這些基層員工說走就走,也不須像台灣辦理複雜的離職程序,有時只要前一小時告知,
下一秒就離開公司了。
美國人的效率也很差,舉例來說,可能只是把A東西,從北邊移到南邊,台灣人只需10
分鐘就完成,美國人就是要花30~40分鐘。重點是,你還不能罵,你罵了,他不太爽,
下一秒立刻走人,沒被開槍報復就不錯了。再來,其實美國從小就是以鼓勵政策為主,
以台GG的highlight文化,我深深覺得沒幾個美國人可以承受得住。
美國人為什麼現在會大缺工,就是因為之前美國政府大撒幣(大傻B?),最誇張時期,這
些基層員工不工作拿的政府補助,比辛辛苦苦去工作還拿得多,結果就造成,大家不出
來工作,然後才會爆發這次所謂的大缺工。
以台GG來說,一個晶片能否生產的出來,最重要的腳色就是工程師以及操作員。你想想
美國操作員是我以上說的那種性格,你覺得這個投資案會成功嗎? 到最後累的就是,派
過去的台籍工程師,跟台籍技術員,全部扛下來,先替他們感到悲哀。最後我猜測會像
之前大大說的一樣,台灣輪調去美國支援,變成一種常態性任務。
最後建議大家可以去看一部紀錄片,叫做"美國工廠",裡面講述很多中美文化的衝突。
這都是未來台GG派去的人會遇到的問題。
