魯叔曾經在GG當值班星人,也有跟美東GF的捧友打過醬油,目前在intel當打工仔,我想
這個話題最適合讓我騙個P幣。
首先啊,這位美國捧油應該是沒待過晶圓廠,對於輪班生態很不熟,所以就不用多說了。
工時方面,台積這次招人開的價碼不錯,很明顯這不是8小時工時的工作啊,抱怨工時實
在無聊。我的單位在intel算不錯了,我也不敢保證每天只要8小時。但的確台積對於員工
個人發展著重有限,這幾年聽到傳聞似乎也改善不多?
整體系統報表使用者經驗跟介面,哪家公司都差不多爛,畢竟一堆東西整天在變動,IT/C
IM資源又不在這。每次改版就算修好,沒多久又會過時跟不上需求,自然變難用。有時自
己用SQL撈資料比較實在啦。只用過穩定跟水水報表的人,只能說之前可能在變動比較少
的單位吧,包含這位美國捧油。
台積美國廠工作營運文化問題,大家講的台積都有想過,畢竟他們有wafertech的經驗啊
。就拭目以待吧,也許實際上線後不會像想像這麼差。
