從面試者的角度來看這間公司
除了外觀氣派
我看不到他被喻為台灣之光的格局
早有耳聞科技業在勞權方面跟屎一樣
想說是龍頭大廠
既然他願意發給我面試邀請
觀察一下文化也好
雖然離他通知到面試只有短短4天
我還是很有誠意的每天抽空去準備考試的大致內容
跟公司請這種急迫的假也有一定難度
因為住外地
前一晚還到訂了南科附近的旅館
早上再坐計程車前往
對於一場面試這是再基本不過的尊重
但台積電拿什麼來面對求職者?
我待的行業只要你是被公司從外地找來面試
最基本的車馬費一定有
是沒多少錢,但這是一種互相尊重的文化
當天測驗完幾乎都是在冗長的等待,主管一個接一個,費時一整天
人資只講說回去等通知2~4個禮拜內
態度也沒有說很好
最火大的是兩天以後
接到他們人資的電話問說有另外一個部門要面試叫我排時間
我當下也是因為排不出時間婉拒
還回他說這種面試內容弄個視訊或跟主管一通電話就能解決
幹嘛還要再跑一趟?
人資回說當面談會比較詳細清楚
聽了不太爽我就掛電話了。
你他媽當外地過去都像在走廚房?
每個人都全職準備你台積電面試
浪費人一整天還有臉叫人再上去被羞辱一次
仗著大公司名氣 有補不完的人在拿翹
流動率怎樣我是不知道
但看就知道花一堆成本在面試
一間公司的門面好壞就看招聘專員怎麼做
人資應對在我看來是那種剛出社會沒有手腕的水準
流程一堆問題,難怪自己也低薪
面試效率這麼爛
只會對這間公司印象差
給我的感覺就是沒事婊人自費上來給自己作業績
業哩老木 請人上去對公司有什麼實質產出?
幫台鐵跟旅社賺錢?
耗費勞資雙方的時間跟金錢
有給車馬費才能防止人資在那邊亂槍打鳥
慎重對待每個求職者
起碼電話初面,很多跑一趟主管才在看履歷
或一問就發現跟本不是他要找的人
請一天假+車錢、住宿費至少八千塊損失跑不掉
拎杯也沒在跟你計較
但這種沒有以人為本的文化,只會他媽的縮限公司的格局
除了製程進步以外,整個業界對待勞工的氛圍就是停留在20年前
沒有人要出來抵制這種陋習
領薪水的注定就是被吃死死 你們甘願?
