同公司遇到能調廠的決擇 - 加班

事情是這樣的,公司在不同地方都有廠,我在A廠
之前就曾跟直屬老闆提過想要換到B廠,頂頭大老闆是同一人,也同意了
但剛好我部門前陣子換了直屬老闆,來了新老闆A
新老闆以前曾接觸過,人不錯領導也蠻強的,而他也跟我表明看重我,希望我能留下來一起幫他,也會讓我的能力有發揮空間成長
我相信他說的是真心話,但實際牛肉應該是端不出什麼就是
而我有簽約到明年底,現在不會離職,但老闆也知道我時間到了應該會走,他也說讓我考慮,不會強迫我
另一廠老闆則在等我這邊老闆放人,等太久的話可能就會去外面徵人了

1. B廠離家近,可住家裡,常態17:30下班,有生活,工廠運作穩定,產品線別本身在市場較有發展,明年調薪和升遷應沒機會
2. 目前A廠,工廠成長中,較不穩定,事情多且雜,A老闆來之後重新整頓應該有陣痛期,不確定操不操,但目前19:30到8.9點下班是常態,可報加班,但A表明看重我,會讓我能力有成長空間,但待遇和職等到我約結束前應該是不可能改變,頂多明年調薪“也許”有機會“多一點”,或明年有小機會職等升至Sr
兩廠分紅基本上差不多,整體待遇應該就是差在加班費,但加班費也是用生活換來的...
個人本身明年底簽約到期不打算在此公司久待。
