員工分紅 電子三強百萬起跳
電子業去年業績大豐收,鴻海、台積電、聯發科、大立光等指標廠獲利均寫新猷,員工分
紅也相當大方,並規劃調薪。鴻海、聯發科、大立光平均每位員工分紅百萬元起跳,台積
電則超過80萬元,金額都是歷來最高,員工們等於「做一年多賺至少一年」,羨煞一般上
班族。
和碩、廣達、仁寶、宏碁、華碩等去年獲利表現也不俗,平均每名員工也可領數十萬元不
等的分紅,換算多領約三個月到半年的薪水。業者均強調,員工分紅會依各別考績表現有
所差別。
鴻海去年稅後純益1,305.34億元,以公司章程員工現金分紅占盈餘比重為8%計算,估計台
灣員工分紅總額約104億元。鴻海去年年報顯示,台灣員工人數約6,529人,每人平均可分
近160萬元。市場認為,鴻海百餘萬製造大軍都在大陸,台灣員工不到萬人,每人可分紅
金額相對墊高。
聯發科去年稅後純益463.99億元,該獲利數字已扣除20%的員工分紅,換算員工分紅總額
約111億元,以聯發科去年員工人數約9,000至1萬人計算,平均每位員工可拿到逾百萬元
分紅。聯發科每年都透過年度例行性調薪犒賞員工,業界認為今年調幅應該還是有業界3%
到5%的水準。
大立光去年稅後純益194.38億元,每股純益打破台股記錄、達144.91元。以大立光員工分
紅比例為年度獲利20%估計,可分配員工紅利達38.88億元,年增1.24倍。大立光去年度員
工約3,836人,平均可領約百萬元分紅,今年也可望加薪。
台積電去年賺進2,637.8億元,發放的員工獎金與紅利,共計352.9億元,其中半數已於
2014年各季度季後發放,另一半要等到2015年股東會通過後再一次發放,平均每位員工拿
到的獎金與紅利合計約82萬元。
