土地逕為分割的小問題 - 公職

因為學校旁邊道路可能要做其他事情
就被逕為分割了
分割完之後
原始面積是1459.01 變成 309.11+1149.89 =1459.00
硬是少了0.01平方公尺
打電話去問地政的測量課 是說因為進位的問題
就是小數點下第三位的進位 合在一起會進一~~
但是我認真看了一下地籍測量實施規則
第 243 條
分割土地面積之計算,依下列規定辦理:
一、一宗土地分割為數宗土地,該分割後數宗土地面積之總和,須與原土
地面積相符。如有差數,經將圖紙伸縮成數除去後,其增減在下列公
式計算值以下者,應按各地號土地面積比例配賦。......
所以我在思考是不是,有差數之後。還要重新配賦回來才正確。
而不是像她說的就是進位的方式不同。
畢竟這個牽扯到學校土地價值總數的變化
想說還是謹慎一點處理 感謝各位~
看後續要不要發個公文問一下之類的

有差數,應就原測量及計算作必要之檢核,經檢核無誤後,依分割面積之大小比例配賦之
。
