報到問題 - 離職

若已經拿到A公司的Offer 且已經申明要報到
但OFFER中只強調薪資、有試用期及報到時間
讓我覺得很沒保障,約又不先給我看,到時如果試用期不給走或不給薪甚至要賠償怎麼辦
但公司要求報到當天才簽約,若B公司在A的報到期前給口頭OFFER的話,
那我是否可以直接不去A公司報到?
還是說可在A公司做個幾天,等B公司正試給OFFER的話再行離職
但這樣對A公司來說好像感覺不好 而且新鮮人這樣好像也不洽當
還是看報到當天合約內怎麼規定?
(如果報到當天看合約內容不滿意我可以不簽走人嗎?)
