Position:
Regional Business Process Improvement & Project Mgr

Employer:
A Leading Fortune 500 Healthcare Company

Country Responsibility:
Asia Pacific Countries - Japan, China/HK, Taiwan, Korea, India,
Australia & New Zealand

Base Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Package: 2.6M to 3.0M TWD (Negotaible based on experience)

Job Description:

Maximizes the capabilities of the Customer Excellence organization through
system and tool enhancement, global project resource allocation, and process
optimization.

Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation
opportunities within the region utilizing proven process improvement
techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma and Business Process Management
Systems.

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and
develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business processes and
improvements to those processes.

Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to
establish benchmark data.

Carries out risk assessments and implements measures to ensure compliance.

Provides technical knowledge, advice and support to Customer Excellence
organization to resolve requests and maximize the benefits derived from the
organization's products and/or services.

Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems of
limited complexity.

Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational
challenges.

Skills Required:

At least 10+ years experience in business process improvement with expert
knowledge in SAP and system analysis

Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do
not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.

Change management experience in consulting firm & SAP certified will be a plus

Extensive experience in executing on BPI initiatives, tools and systems.

Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas
integrate to achieve objectives

Applies technical expertise, analytical skills and judgment in the analysis
of factual information in complicated or novel situations, takes a broad
perspective to problems and identifies new, less obvious solutions,
anticipates patterns and links, looks beyond the immediate problem to the
wider implications
