n年前有個機關向我們機關(不同體系的機關)借走了一個資深承辦人員
聽說原本說好借調期間n年
但是n年過去了(就是原來說好的借調期限到了),現在又說可以續簽
這位資深承辦人也似乎沒有要回來的意思 (其實可以理解,人往高處爬)
薪水我們機關發的
未休假加班費我們機關發的
個人福利我們機關發的
缺是卡我們單位的
可是...哀
如果我們單位人手充足
其實也沒有必要去計較這個
偏偏我們單位流動率高
原本就已經很忙了
目前同事們都還要幫忙分擔3人份的工作量
我是覺得
不是我小心眼
你們機關真的覺得這位承辦人很棒
能不能開個正式缺給他
你們補到好人才
公務員選到理想的環境
原單位補新人
三贏耶!!!
大家好聚好散,空缺讓我們補新人
而不是員額掛在我們單位
借了又借,我們單位永遠缺一個人
哀
沒有要針對這位前同事 (每個公務員都希望可以在自己嚮往的單位做事)
只是覺得這個制度好不合理
