最近Shipper 有票貨要出到加拿大, 之前都是附上CCI及產證,
但這次客人告知只需CCI及ESO, 第一次處理ESO,有些問題想請教大家, 謝謝!!!
1. ESO 只需Shipper 填寫即可嗎? 有需要送至類似省商會之類的蓋章證明嗎?
2. ESO 上有個空格 at least _____ per cent of the ex-factory price of
the goods ....., 這個部份是最少填 60% 還是?
3. ESO 有需要跟INVOICE & PACKING 一起隨機嗎?

EXPORTER’S STATEMENT OF ORIGIN
I certify that the goods described in this invoice or in the attached invoice
no. ____________________ were produced in the beneficiary country of
