孟加拉銀行付外幣要Guide Line Approval ???? - 國貿工作討論

起因是客戶的100%信用狀, 我們要先押30%訂金

但匯票上寫的是 CITIBANK N.A. 對方銀行拒付

對方銀行說要寫CITIBANK N.A. DHAKA 才對

就因為漏掉了DHAKA這5個字, 才以有以下的漫長故事

我們銀行說, 請我們寫信跟客戶說請對方銀行接受這瑕疵, 並發電文過來我們銀行即可

我也通知客戶了, 客戶也寫信要CITIBANK接受此瑕疵

但過了一個禮拜, 我問我們銀行, 他們說還沒收到錢

我寫信去問客戶, 客戶問銀行, 銀行回了一篇落落長的信

As I have informed earlier, payment to overseas bank from Taka Fund for
Type-B industries require prior approval from Bangladesh Bank as per
Guide Line for Foreign Exchange Transaction (related page attached).
We have already applied to BBK for approval and in reply BBK asked for
Form-10 of XXX公司 or any document that will serve as a proof of the
participation amount of overseas partner and local partner.
I have informed the matter to Mr. XXX of XXX公司 and in reply he has
forwarded only one additional encashment certificate and informed us
that xxx公司 has not yet got the Form-10.

We have sent that additional encashment certificate to BBK,
but till today BBK has not informed us anything about the approval status.
Tomorrow I am supposed to visit BBK and if any improvement I will inform you
accordingly.

所以這意思是, 對方銀行還沒付錢跟匯票沒關係,

對方銀行是可以付錢的, 只是在等BBK的approval????

有沒有人知道這程序要多久???

因為匯票的瑕疵, 我已經快被老闆殺了, 現在客戶銀行又拖著不付錢

我覺得岌岌可危........

是不是只要BBK的approval過了, 對方銀行就可以付錢了????
