各位前輩好
小妹任職某學校教務處幹事，前幾天跟組長在聊天的時候，發現原來我們學校有些一個禮
拜只有來一天的兼課老師，他們的勞健保竟然都是被保ㄧ整個月的......
我們學校很大，很多老師兼代課老師都被這樣加保，老實說我看到這些老師賺不多又要奔
波，又要被扣很多保費真的覺得很不公平
然後，我們組長雖然業務爆多但在之前就表明，如果承辦人員不願意做（不知道要怎麼做
？），可以給他權限，他願意承擔這個業務，但實際上該處室無回應
難道只能讓可憐的兼代課老師們這樣每個月賺幾千卻被扣上千嗎......
