標題:工程師爆料血汗科技公司 竹縣勞檢有違規將開罰
新竹縣新豐鄉一家科技公司員工爆料,每天工作逾12個小時,公司卻沒有給加班費,且申
訴迄今未見改善。
縣府勞工處今(28日)表示,經查初步判定,該公司確有員工超時工作卻未發給工資的情
況,將依違反勞基法裁罰,並限期改善,否則將按次處分。
該科技公司的員工投訴,公司違反勞基法,利用責任制,不給工程師加班費,他們從早上
8時上班到晚上11時,公司卻沒有給任何加班費,這個現象已經10幾年了;曾向勞工單位
申訴,但公司迄今仍未補給加班費。
縣府勞工處表示,此案是勞動部1955專線所接獲,縣府勞檢員在工作日24小時內即前往科
技公司檢查,確認如檢舉人所言,公司有明顯違規情況。
勞工處指出,勞基法規定,雇主延長勞工的工作時間連同正常工時,1日不得超過12小時
;延長工時1個月不得超過46小時,違者可處2萬元到30萬元罰金,並限期改善,屆期未改
善完成者,可按次裁罰。縣府將函請科技公司陳述意見,並依法裁處。
華航罷工事件發生後,勞工處在上月接獲30件申訴案件(不含縣長信箱等管道陳情),這
個月接獲40件,主訴都是超時、未發給加班費和工資發給不足等內容。
